The Strate sewage system works very differently from traditional wet well submersible pumping stations.
For a start, it is completely sealed apart from the vent pipe.
That means no smell and can be sited almost anywhere, including in a working environment, above ground, even in locations high in a building where gravity systems cannot work.
Additionally, the periodic maintenance of Strate units can normally be performed without confined spaces requirements increasing safety.
