We recently responded to a customer’s call regarding an issue with the pipework on their groundwater pump.
The original pipework was constructed using fittings designed for gravity flow systems. As a result, the pump eventually caused the pipework to burst, leading to flooding. If this hadn’t been caught in time, the basement of the house would have flooded.
Our team responded within two hours of the call, and we quickly pumped down the area and rebuilt the pipework using UVPC pipework designed for pressurised water systems.
Thanks to our quick response and efficient solution, the groundwater system is now functioning properly.
