"I wanted to pass on our gratitude to the Cougar Engineers I was with on Friday afternoon/ Friday night. They stuck with it to the very end, when they could have easily said that their job was done and left us to struggle on by ourselves. They helped us try to refill the system and get the air out. Without this we may not have found the eventual cause of the problem, which thankfully was a couple of valves that has been shut on the other side of the plantroom. The Client was also very grateful, so please pass on our thanks"

"I was very impressed with the guys that attended site yesterday.
They were here to install a new pump, but on arrival there was a fault within the panel resulting in neither of the existing pumps being able to run.
They installed the new pump and then began to investigate the issues with the control panel (which they didn’t have to do)
They found a temporary solution to the issues, so we could get the pumps running.
They then explained everything they had done and demonstrated the “auto” operation of the pumps so I could witness everything
