As a Manager, or Fire Site leader, having a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night can be a real headache.
While in most cases the event may not be an actual fire incident, the cost to your Company may takes its toll if the alarms go off repeatedly.

When the same customer had another incident a few weeks later, he was able to diagnose and monitor the pump room activity from his own home. Opening the Peerless FireConnect® dashboard, he could see that there was no system flow and that the pressure was being maintained right at the shutoff pressure the pump was listed for, meaning no sprinkler heads has opened and thus, no fire.
Upon review of the Peerless FireConnect® event log to see why the main pump had started, it showed that it had started due to a simple pressure drop.
